SoulAstra™ for Children – 1:1 Sessions

Service Description

SoulAstra™ for Children offers a gentle, safe space for intuitive and sensitive children to reconnect with their inner world through a blend of art therapy, intuitive energy healing, and emotional co-regulation. These sessions are grounded in the belief that every child carries their own inner wisdom. My role is to listen deeply, mirror that wisdom back to them, and support their emotional and energetic development with love, light, and playful presence. Each session may include: Creative Expression + Art Therapy Children are invited to process feelings and experiences through drawing, painting, storytelling, and symbolic play. The art becomes a safe channel for their inner voice to be seen and heard. Intuitive Energy Healing I gently scan and support the child’s energy field clearing overwhelm, calming sensitivities, and reconnecting them with their soul light. This may include crystals, breath, touch (with permission), or visual energy tools. Emotional Attunement + Co-regulation The nervous system is held with care. Whether the child is shy, scattered, or highly activated, we begin by building trust and safety through body awareness, breath, and relational connection. Power Animal or Soul Ally Connection (if age-appropriate) Through gentle guided imagery or creative storytelling, the child may meet a power animal, inner guide, or symbol that brings comfort, courage, or insight. Ideal for children who are: - Highly sensitive or intuitive - Emotionally overwhelmed or shut down - Struggling to express themselves - Needing a space to feel seen, safe, and supported in their inner world These sessions do not aim to fix children. They are sacred spaces where their soul is honored, their energy is rebalanced, and their light is lovingly witnessed. Because when a child is truly seen, they remember who they are.
