Booking & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your commitment to your healing journey. Please take a moment to review our booking policies:

1. Booking Confirmation

All sessions, workshops, and course enrollments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your place. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance may be credited toward a future session, course, or workshop.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations, services, workshops, or series once purchased.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in the full session fee being retained. No credit or refund will be provided.

If you miss a session that is part of a workshop series, the session is considered forfeited. We appreciate your understanding that this policy ensures fairness and respect for both the practitioner’s time and other clients waiting for appointments.

3. Credit Transfer

If you cancel in accordance with the policy, your payment will be held as a credit and can be applied to any future service, course, or workshop within six (6) months of the original purchase date.

Client Liability Waiver

By using this website, you acknowledge that the services, programs, and content offered by Michelle Vrkic and Artistry of the Soul are intended solely for educational, personal, and spiritual development purposes. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
